Job description
Location: Lakewood, NJ | Onsite, Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base salary + bonus
Job Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, family-oriented business environment. This person must be proactive, exercise strong judgment, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and calls.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare the CEO for meetings and ensure all necessary information is organized in advance.
Coordinate communications with vendors and external partners.
Research vendors, gather information, and support decision-making.
Assist with event planning and special projects.
Qualifications
Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting a CEO, President, SVP, or other senior executive.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and independent judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate needs and handle confidential information professionally.
Bonus potential up to $40,000 based on assigned goals.
