Executive AssistantDirect Counsel is working with one of California's largest plaintiff personal injury firms. The firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior-level Executive. This role manages the Executive's time, priorities, and workflow, and offers a clear path to grow within a stable, established firm. This is an excellent job opportunity for a college graduate, interested in the law, seeking to gain invaluable experience and career development.As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the gatekeeper to the Executive, handling daily logistics from scheduling and travel to file organization and action-item tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.Job Responsibilities:Maintain the Executive's calendar and schedule, keeping track of priorities, meetings, and deadlinesCapture detailed meeting minutes and action items, documenting decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines; Facilitate follow-up executionOrganize and maintain filing systems, document workflows, and project tracking mechanisms to support the Executive's operational efficiency and ensure deadlines are met.Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and logisticsCompile and analyze reports that the Executive needs for decision-makingApplicant RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeSuperior organization with exceptional attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of confidentiality and professional discretionFlexible availability including occasional nights and/or weekendsValid driver's license and reliable transportationSpanish speaking preferred, but not requiredBachelor's DegreeBenefits and SalaryOur firm offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:401kAnnual Profit SharingPaid Time OffPaid Sick TimeMake Up Time8 Paid Holidays per YearHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceHourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 (commensurate with experience)
