Temporary Executive Assistant, ExperiencedThe Product and Health Plan Strategy team develops and implements strategies to promote brand awareness, reinforce value and sales of Cross's products and services. In this role, you will manage the VP, Product and Health Plan Strategy and other Leadership team's schedules, manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, provide coordination of travel and expenses while working closely with the VP, Product and Health Plan Strategy to make their role efficient and save time. Ultimately, you will deliver efficiency for our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.Job Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and resolving scheduling conflictsCoordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, etc.Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in accordance with company policiesOrganize meetings, events, and offsite activities, including room reservations, catering, agendas, and materialsSupport miscellaneous projects, including data gathering, presentation preparation, document management, and meeting follow-upPrioritize competing requests, proactively anticipate needs, and respond with a strong sense of urgency to support business objectives and executive prioritiesExercise sound judgment in assessing priorities, escalating issues appropriately, and driving timely resolution of action itemsMonitor and coordinate action items to ensure timely completionMaintain confidential and sensitive information with discretionProvide general administrative support as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsSkills:Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to keep information organized and confidential.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Education/Experience:Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequires at least 3 years of prior relevant experienceOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Product and Health Plan Strategy preferred but not requiredExperience supporting Director and Vice President-level leaders requiredDemonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and act with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment requiredPay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $25.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
