Executive Support / Administrative Ops AnalystHybrid, local candidates only, remote and onsite work required - onsite 2-3 times per week. Work location: 2011 N. Soto St Los Angeles, CA 90032 Campus or Medical Enterprise: Medical Enterprise Working Job Title: Executive Support / Administrative Ops Analyst Number of needs: 1 Bill Rate: #####-##### Duration of Assignment: Contract ONLY** 6 months with a high possibility for an extension** Work hours: 8:00 - 5:00 pm 2 -3 steps Video/ Teams interview process Dress code: Business CasualSummary:Proven ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining flexibility needed to execute prioritized tasks and changing timelinesAbility to manage multiple competing priorities that include executive support, event planning, report tracking, staffing coordination, and composing interdepartmental communicationsCapacity to learn and gain proficiency in data collection and qualitative analysisExceptional verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and executive leadership in a professional and concise mannerAbility to problem solve while working toward goals of the department and organization; willingness to be prepared with viable solutionsFacilitation and implementation of interdepartmental policies and process improvementMUST HAVE:Longevity in recent work historyMinimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but will accept 7+ years of applicable experience in lieu of educationAt least 2 years of relevant experience managing complex senior executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing expensesStrong expertise in Microsoft suiteSome experience in notetaking/minutes Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, no exceptions.
