Comprehensive Wealth Management Firm looking for an Executive Assistant to the

Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
Highly organized and trusted Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment. Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CIO and CEO, while serving as a key point of coordination potentially between 2 office locations.
Known for exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate executive needs.
The position requires the following qualities: smart, loyal, willing to learn, interested in the financial industry, presents well.
Responsibilities will include drafting letters, contracts, filing, phones, scheduling appointments, assist in client meetings.
Looking for a recent college graduate with a degree in business, accounting or finance or 2 years office work experience.
The job will include training for investment management research, client service, trading, compliance and bookkeeping.
Experience with financial services firm a plus. Salary and full medical benefits. Retirement plan.
