Executive AssistantFoley Mansfield is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted right hand to one of our busiest CA trial attorneys, helping keep both the legal work and their travel and client meetings well organized and running smoothly. This role offers meaningful exposure to firm leadership and a wide range of responsibilities that make every day a little different.What You'll Do:Draft, transcribe, and prepare a wide range of documents and correspondence with precision and accuracy for attorney reviewPrepare client and insurer reports to meet routine and as-needed requirementsEnter time for the Partner in adherence with firm time entry standardsGather information to open new client and matter filesPrepare expense reportsManage a busy flow of emails, calls, mail, and faxesSchedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangementsCollaborate across departments — billing, accounting, tech support, business development — and with attorneys, paralegals, and LAAs to hit deadlines and advance firm goalsProvide secondary backup support to other Legal Administrative AssistantsTake on other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:A proactive, adaptable professional who brings strong writing and organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm, collaborative approach.
