Today, Lyric supports 200 million lives, with nine of the top 10 U.S. health plans relying on its platform to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support accurate payments.Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship/sponsorship assumption and other immigration support are not available for this position.Job Summary:The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to executives and senior leaders and may support multiple leaders simultaneously. Role will be responsible for office management functions in Nashville to support our company headquarters.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate appointments, monthly events, team leadership meetings and new hire onboarding on behalf of leaderOwn leaders' calendars and grant access to others appropriatelySchedule travel both domestic and international; coordinate with travel agencyIdentify accommodations and negotiate contracts for meetings for leadership team meetings as well as off-site meetings; coordinate with third partiesPossess a strong understanding of the expense policy; gather and verify expenses, prepare reports, and submit; review and approve expense reports for other executivesProcess invoices and set up new vendor onboardingPrepare correspondence, internal memos, team emails, and overall bridge communication gapsPrepare, edit and distribute presentation materials and documentsActing on behalf of executive, track down documents, presentation materials, and other informationPrepare and distribute DocuSign and other documentsProvide coverage for other Executive AssistantsManage company swag to include identification, ordering, and shippingMaintain office access codes, building access cards, parking access cards and parking validation for employeesInterface with property management regarding building security and office maintenanceOrder office supplies and maintain stock in shared break areasLegal Gatekeeper: Maintain and securely file all original legal documents on siteCorporate Incoming Mail: Retrieve, sort, scan and distribute incoming mail, including receiving and handling all express deliveriesHuman Resources: Post job openings as needed in office, for example for immigration purposesRequired Qualifications:Minimum of ten (10) years experience providing administrative support to senior leaders including executivesMinimum of five (5) years experience providing administrative support to multiple leadersAdvanced proficiency using Outlook20% travel required (approximately 3-4 times/year) for company events that require administrative support like Strategic Advisory Board, Onsite leadership meetingsDemonstrated experience in coordinating third party executive meetingsPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years experience using expense programs such as SAP, Concur or similar programsProficient in using other Microsoft suite programs such as Power PointMust be able to work with limited direction and use good judgementMay need to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:$40.87 - $61.31The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
