We are actively seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our clients.Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)Job Summary:A minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting and/or reporting to an ExecutiveAbility to remain flexible and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment that spans multiple time zonesExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to convey a professional image, as well as, effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with both internal and external constituentsExcellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and possesses the ability to address multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responseDemonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
