Our platform helps aviation brokers win more deals, work smarter, and deliver exceptional experiences for their clients.Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with distributed talent across the US, Goodwin is on a fast-growth trajectory as we redefine private aviation technology from the ground up.We're looking for an organized, resourceful, and hands-on Office Manager & Executive Assistant to help keep Goodwin's Columbus HQ and the executive team running smoothly.This role has two important areas of ownership. You'll manage the day-to-day office experience, making sure our space is stocked, organized, welcoming, and well cared for. You'll also provide executive support to two Goodwin leaders, helping manage schedules, logistics, travel, and the countless details that keep things moving.You'll also play an important role in customer visits and company events at Goodwin HQ. This is a role for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, and enjoys being the person others can count on to make things happen.This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and requires working from our HQ 2-3 days per week, as well as being onsite for all customer visits and company events. Occasional travel throughout the Columbus area during the workday will also be required.What You'll Work OnOwn the day-to-day operations of Goodwin's Columbus HQ, keeping the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and running smoothlyManage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other recurring needs, proactively replenishing items before they run outCoordinate vendors and service providers for cleaning, repairs, maintenance, security, and other building needsSupport new-hire onboarding logistics, including workstation setup and office accessProvide administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, scheduling, travel, reimbursements, and meeting logisticsTrack open items, anticipate needs, and use good judgment to keep priorities moving without requiring every detail to be spelled outHelp coordinate customer visits and company events, including catering, travel, transportation, reservations, room setup, décor, swag, and vendor coordinationBe hands-on during visits and events, helping with setup, guest experience, schedule management, and whatever unexpected needs ariseHandle local errands, pickups, orders, and other time-sensitive needs throughout the Columbus areaJump in wherever needed to create a great experience for our executives, employees, customers, and guestsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, event coordination, or a combination of these areasExperience supporting senior executives, including calendar, scheduling, travel, and administrative supportExceptional organization, responsiveness, and follow-throughStrong judgment and the ability to determine when to act independently, ask questions, or escalateA proactive, hands-on approach. You notice what needs attention and take ownership of getting it doneStrong hospitality instincts and experience coordinating vendors, events, catering, travel, or onsite experiencesComfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and plans can change quicklyValid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel throughout the Columbus area as neededAbility to work onsite at our Columbus HQ 3–4 days per week and attend all customer visits and company eventsAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipCompensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role is $60,000-$85,000 a year based on experience and qualifications.
