Executive Assistant OpportunityWe're partnering confidentially with a private Principal seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-touch executive and personal support across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted extension of the Principal, helping manage everything from health and wellness protocols to household operations, travel, scheduling, and personal projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and naturally attuned to what needs to happen next. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow into an increasingly trusted role over time.Executive & Personal SupportProvide high-level executive and personal assistance to the PrincipalManage schedules, reminders, appointments, and day-to-day prioritiesExecute personal projects and business-related tasks as they ariseAnticipate needs and identify ways to make daily operations more efficientBecome a reliable point of contact for a wide range of personal and professional needsHealth & Wellness CoordinationOrganize and administer a comprehensive supplement and wellness protocolMaintain meticulous records of health schedules, protocols, and appointmentsCoordinate with phlebotomists and other providers to schedule blood draws and testingEnsure the Principal stays organized and on track with health-related commitments and remindersHousehold & Lifestyle ManagementServe as the primary onsite point of contact for the Berkeley residenceCoordinate with the private chef regarding meal schedules and menusProvide polished, high-touch service during meals, including serving and clearingManage onsite vendors, deliveries, mail, and household logisticsWelcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretionTravel & LogisticsManage all packing and preparation for domestic and international travelCoordinate detailed travel logistics and ensure everything is prepared before arrivalOccasionally travel ahead of the Principal to prepare accommodations and create a seamless arrival experienceAnticipate travel needs and proactively resolve logistical challengesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a high-level Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roleExperience supporting private individuals, executives, principals, or high-profile clients is strongly preferredExceptional discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentialityOutstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailExcellent intuition, judgment, and problem-solving abilityCalm, composed, and resourceful in fast-moving situationsNaturally proactive with a strong instinct for serviceProfessional, polished, and comfortable interacting with vendors, guests, and service providersReliable transportation and the ability to commute between Berkeley and San FranciscoWillingness to take on increasing responsibility as the role evolvesWho You AreYou're the person who notices what others miss.
