Job description

Executive AssistantPosition at Attindas - USResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executives' complex schedules, executing meetings/appointments, and scheduling all domestic and international travel arrangements.Administration of executives' and employees' expense reports.Prepare requisitions/purchase orders/invoices for processingManage office administration to include working with vendors/suppliers, preferred hotels, and property management and maintain contractsCoordinate office space, allocation, reconfiguration, interiors/furniture and leaseCoordinate and implement administrative procedures and monitor administrative projects, including catering, event planning, and company announcementsPrepare email and letter correspondence, contracts, agreements, presentation materials and other business documentsManage incoming/outgoing mail/packages via USPS, FedEx and UPSMaintain filing system and tracking of documentsPerform other duties and projects as needed and assigned.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesAA degree or BA/BS degree in business administration or related field.7+ years of experience as executive assistant to senior level executives with ability to learn quickly and work with little to no supervision.Capable of maintaining high level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in fast paced environment.Highly proficient in verbal and written communication, calendaring, and domestic and international travel arrangements.Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in fast passed environment remaining flexible.Proficiency with computers and office equipment with a wide variety of knowledge of office software to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Attindas is an equal opportunity employer.
