Executive Assistant To The PresidentPaul Davis Restoration is in need of an A Player who can continue to build our talented team. We are looking to add an individual who can support the President and our operation as a whole. The Executive Assistant to the President will work as an administrative support piece for the President. This person will administer and organize special projects as they are assigned. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the entire leadership team and Paul Davis team to complete new and old initiatives.Basic Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree is preferredExcellent administrative and process skillsFive plus years of experience in an Administrative PositionExperience with Microsoft Office Suite 365Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, SharePoint, and OneDriveAbility to work independentlyKey SkillsHighly OrganizedAbility to prioritize tasksHigh level CommunicatorOverall Duties Include:Assist President with a broad variety of administrative related project'sProvide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalfOrganizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing special accommodations as needed, and agenda draftingField email and phone requests for President, then organize and prioritize responsesManage the President's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive mattersOrganizing team member travel and special accommodations as neededPerform office duties including ordering supplies and organizing cleaning effortsAttending meetings and taking notes as neededSupport the production of presentationsWork directly with Leadership Team to coordinate President's key initiativesHigh Level Job Duties include:Work closely with the President to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilitiesAttend and actively participate in leadership development trainings such as but not limited to selling, situational leadership, priority management, facilitation, conflict resolution and interviewingParticipate in on going business feedback loop.Participates in marketing and business development as the need arisesParticipates in emergency services when an "All hands on deck" scenario arisesParticipate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a wholeParticipate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the teamHours:Full time Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm and based at Paul Davis office. This may occasionally require after hours availability, including weekends, and/or holidaysReward:Compensation is evaluated on a yearly basis effective from the start date of employment of each calendar year. An annual reward planner (ARP) is completed at that time. Promotions and advancement within the position bring progressively greater challenge, learning, responsibility, and compensation.
