Executive Assistant - Sales & MarketingAshby Lumber Concord - Concord, CA 94520Salary Range $24.00 - $36.00 Hourly Position Type Full TimeDescriptionBe the Person who keeps it all MovingAshby Lumber is looking for an Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing to partner with our VP of Sales & Marketing and help keep a busy, multi-location operation organized and moving forward.This isn't your typical Executive Assistant role. You'll combine executive support with sales and marketing coordination - from preparing meetings and tracking priorities to supporting campaigns, events, and our sales teams.WHO YOU ARE:You're organized, proactive, and naturally think a few steps ahead. You enjoy variety, take ownership of your work, and are someone others can count on to follow through.Highly organized and detail orientedProactive, resourceful, and dependableComfortable juggling changing prioritiesA strong written and verbal communicatorProfessional and discreet with confidential informationCreative, collaborative, and team-focusedWHAT YOU'LL DO:Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-upsPrepare meeting materials and keep action items movingSupport sales reporting, meetings, promotions, and CRM upkeepCreate and schedule social media content and assist with website updatesCoordinate with marketing vendors and support campaigns and promotional materialsHelp plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer eventsTake ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into actionWHAT YOU BRING:3+ years of executive assistant, administrative, sales support, marketing coordination, or similar experienceExperience supporting a senior leaderStrong Google Workspace skillsExperience managing business social mediaExcellent communication, organization, and follow through skillsAbility to travel between Berkeley and ConcordBonus: Experience with Canva, website content, events, reporting, or the building materials/construction industryWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:You're making life easier for the people you support.
