Executive AssistantA full-time Executive Assistant position is currently available with Liberty Healthcare's Conditional Release Program.As Liberty Healthcare's Executive Assistant your day-to-day work will involve:Providing administrative support to the program's leadership team and staffOrganizing client filesCalendar maintenance and scheduling meetingsComposing and editing memoranda and generating reportsCommunicating with stakeholdersBilling, processing expenses, and financial recordkeepingPetty cash managementTravel planning and facilitating arrangementsAssisting with various projectsYou will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.You will work in-person, onsite at Liberty's office at 3990 Old Town Ave., Suite B-206 / San Diego, CA 92110.$25.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)Health, dental, and vision insurance30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal daysFSA, 401k plan, and other perksYou are a good fit for this role if you possess the following:Five or more years of experience working in a professional administrative support roleExcellent time management, organization, computer planning/problem-solving, verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionLiberty Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
