Executive AssistantG2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational and engineering challenges. We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to NAVWAR leadership.In this role, you'll contribute to mission-focused operational and program management support by managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and briefing materials, and tracking leadership actions through completion while working alongside a team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous growth.What You'll DoManage executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and competing leadership priorities.Coordinate meetings, conferences, and leadership engagements, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.Coordinate official travel arrangements and associated administrative requirements.Prepare, review, format, and route correspondence, briefing materials, reports, and other leadership documentation.Track leadership actions, taskers, commitments, and suspense dates through completion.Anticipate administrative and operational requirements and proactively address scheduling, coordination, and information needs.Maintain effective communication across Government leadership, program offices, and supporting organizations.Organize and maintain records, files, and administrative information in accordance with applicable processes and requirements.Support administrative procedures that improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and customer service.Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information and leadership priorities.What You'll BringBachelor's degree.3+ years of professional experience providing administrative, executive, or organizational support.Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, and action items.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.Ability to anticipate requirements, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with limited supervision.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Active DoD Secret Clearance at start with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance after start.Why G2 Ops?At G2 Ops, we believe you shouldn't have to choose.
