Additional information can be found at greycroft.comWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us onsite in San Francisco, providing dedicated support to two investment team partners in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment. You must be a thoughtful, professional communicator, hyper-organized, and skilled at prioritizing demands for two partners without missing a beat. We are seeking an individual who is calm under pressure, exercises excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive deal and firm information, and anticipates needs before being asked. The ideal candidate prioritizes the team over themselves, is enthusiastic about venture capital, and is passionate about driving efficiency for both partners and the broader firm.ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule ManagementManage complex, high-volume calendars for two investment team partners, each with distinct scheduling needsProactively structure and prioritize time for meetings, travel, board commitments, and deal workAnticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they require the partners' attentionCommunications & CorrespondenceServe as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, always exercising discretion and professionalismDraft, manage, and triage correspondence with sound judgment on urgency and priorityAdapt communication style and approach to match each partner's preferences and working styleTravel & LogisticsCoordinate detailed, often fast-changing travel arrangementsManage expense reporting and related administrative logisticsCross-Functional & Firm-Wide CoordinationBalance individual partner priorities against broader firm-wide goals and deadlinesPartner with other members of the investment and operations teams to ensure alignment across the firmDeal & Portfolio SupportPrepare briefing materials and background context ahead of founder, board, and LP meetingsSupport diligence processes by coordinating calls, materials, and follow-upsCoordinate board meeting logistics and ongoing touchpoints with portfolio companies where necessaryConfidentialityMaintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive deal, financial, and personnel informationRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level leadership within venture capital/private equity or relevant financial services industryExceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretionDemonstrated ability to operate independently and proactively with minimal directionStrong ability to manage ambiguity, exercising sound judgment when instructions are incompletePreference for AI fluency with the ability to seamlessly use the modern technology stack used by the firm, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, etc.High degree of discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential informationA collaborative, team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughCalm, even-tempered, and resilient under pressureBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferredTotal Compensation Range: $150-175K
