Overview
A prestigious fashion brand is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for the fashion industry, excel under pressure, and possess exceptional organizational skills to manage a broad range of responsibilities with precision and discretion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Finance C-Suite Executive and contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team culture.
Base pay range
$155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Travel Coordination: Arrange and oversee complex domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics.
Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate a highly demanding calendar, balancing professional and personal commitments.
Appointment Scheduling: Organize and oversee all professional appointments.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Strong ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Proactive and highly organized, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
A passion for the fashion industry and an understanding of its fast-moving nature.
Finance industry experience preferred.
Flexibility to work early hours.
