Our product offerings include Scale to Win Text, our "all-in-one" shortcode and longcode texting tool, and the Scale to Win Dialer, a predictive calling tool. Scale to Win also offers turnkey "We Text" services, where our team builds text campaigns, sends messages, collects data, and ensures compliance on behalf of clients.We work with more than 3,000 Democratic and progressive campaigns and organizations, driving change. Current and past clients include the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democratic National Committee, the Working Families Party, the AFL-CIO, UFCW, MoveOn, and For Our Future.About The RoleThe Executive Assistant plays a critical support role on Scale to Win's Executive Team. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and provides dedicated calendar, scheduling, email, and task-tracking support to executive leadership.On a day-to-day basis, this person focuses on managing executive calendars, coordinating scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, supporting email correspondence, and tracking tasks and follow-ups to keep executive leadership organized and on top of priorities. This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week.Core ResponsibilitiesManage complex, shifting calendars for executive leadership, including scheduling meetings and placing calendar holdsSend and manage email meeting invites on behalf of executivesCoordinate scheduling logistics across internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts as they ariseMonitor and support executive email correspondence, flagging priority items and drafting responses as neededTrack tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups on behalf of executives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracksMaintain task lists and project boards to keep executive priorities organized and visibleProvide fast, reliable turnaround on scheduling and communication requests throughout the workdaySkills & QualificationsExperience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role, ideally supporting senior executivesExtensive experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)Extensive experience with messaging platforms such as SlackPreferred: experience with task/project tracking platforms such as Asana, Monday, or TrelloIncredibly responsive, with the ability to turn around scheduling and communication requests quicklyStrong calendar management and scheduling skills, with comfort managing multiple executives' schedules simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential informationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting prioritiesAbility to maintain a consistent, reliable schedule (see below)ScheduleThis role is 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days a week, from 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST).
