Executive Assistant Opportunity in Boston, MAAre you ready to take on a dynamic role in the heart of Boston? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-level, confidential support in the President's Office. As an integral part of our team, you will manage complex scheduling and facilitate communications with key stakeholders including trustees, senior leadership, faculty, alumni, and donors.Key Responsibilities:Manage an extensive, complex calendar involving competing priorities across academic, administrative, and external commitments.Welcome guests, answer phones, and review general correspondence.Coordinate with other senior administrators and departments to ensure seamless operations.Requirements:5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with calendar and project management tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines.Preferences:Bachelor's degree.This is a full-time, on-site position in Boston, MA, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a prestigious office.
