Executive AssistantLocation: Tallahassee, FLWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and professional, with the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, and deadlines.Coordinate meetings, events, agendas, documents, and follow-up items.Prepare professional emails, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, business leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.Handle confidential legal, personnel, financial, and business information with discretion.Track projects, assignments, and deadlines to ensure follow-through.Assist with day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative needs.Anticipate scheduling conflicts and executive needs and resolve issues proactively.Support leadership with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed.Qualifications5+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or operations experience.Experience supporting senior executives or organizational leadership preferred.Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office technology.Professional, polished, dependable, and comfortable interacting with high-level clients and stakeholders.Experience in a law firm, government, professional services, or similar professional environment is a plus.Multiple Ways to Apply & Guaranteed follow-up in 24 Hours:Call Express at Visit our ExpressJobs appNo Fees | One Application, Hundreds of Companies | 560,000 People Employed | Medical and Benefits!Express can help you find the job that is a good fit for your needs and abilities, and you'll never pay a fee for our services and support.
