Executive AssistantOur Tampa, Florida office serves as Catalent's global corporate headquarters, supporting leadership direction and enterprise-wide operations across its worldwide network. The office is located in downtown Tampa, approximately 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA).We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team and provide proactive administrative support to senior executives. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare executive-level materials. You will also support meetings and act as a key liaison across leadership teams. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Location: Tampa, FL 100% OnsiteThe RoleProvide comprehensive, proactive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operationsManage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, with flexibility for urgent and last-minute changesCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, visas, and passport renewalsPrepare, edit, and compile executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materialsSupport planning and execution of onsite and virtual meetings, including agendas, logistics, catering, and follow-up actionsAct as a key liaison with other Executive Assistants to align schedules, travel plans, and leadership activitiesProcess and reconcile travel and expense reports using Concur5% annual travel expectationsOther duties as assignedThe CandidateHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of three years' experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant roleWillingness to work extended hours or overtime as business needsReliable transportationIndividual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 poundsPreferred Skills & BackgroundCollege degreeExperience in a corporate or highly regulated environment (pharmaceutical or life sciences experience)Why You Should Join CatalentCompetitive Paid Time Off plus 8 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverage optionsGenerous 401(k) matchTuition reimbursementCatalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
