Executive Assistant to C‑Suite - AI Health Tech Company
Our client, a mission‑driven AI health tech company, seeks a top‑tier Executive Assistant to join their team in Mountain View. This role will mainly support the CEO, with backup support to other C‑suite members, and oversee the daily operations of the office.
Base pay range : $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Provide strategic support to the CEO, with backup support to other C‑suite members
Expertly coordinate executives' calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
Regularly interact with high‑profile executives & board members with discretion & professionalism
Oversee daily office management, encourage employee engagement, and champion company culture
Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
Help plan & execute company events & board meetings
Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects, as needed
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Must have experience supporting C‑suite members at a tech startup, venture capital firm, or high‑growth biotech company
Experience interacting with board members & arranging board meetings
Responsive & adaptable nature
Experience working in ambiguous and fast‑paced environments
Ability to act as an excellent extension & representation of the company
Clear and professional communication style, both verbal & written
Keen attention to detail

Compensation
