Executive Assistant To The CEOThe Executive Assistant to the CEO facilitates and manages activities and information surrounding the Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This highly visible role serves as a key liaison between the Executive Office, senior leadership, Executive Board members, and important internal and external stakeholders while ensuring the efficient operation of the local Executive Office. Operating with substantial latitude to exercise independent judgment and discretion, the Executive Assistant provides comprehensive executive-level support to the Chairman & CEO by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and events, preparing reports and communications, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring seamless execution of executive priorities in a fast-paced and confidential environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level support to the Chairman & CEO, including managing dynamic professional and personal schedules and delivering minute-by-minute daily itineraries.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, travel logistics, and visa requirements.Plan, coordinate, and execute high-level meetings, events, and executive engagements.Develop reports, analyses, and tracking materials including expense reporting, jet travel logs, contributions, invitations, and related executive office reporting.Screen, prioritize, and resolve routine and complex calls, correspondence, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the CEO.Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and draft communications for internal and external audiences.Serve as a liaison for key clients, senior leaders, Executive Board members, and other strategic stakeholders.Anticipate issues, prioritize competing demands, and make informed decisions to ensure effective executive office operations.Manage and oversee administrative support staff within the local Executive Office, including hiring, training, coaching, and development activities.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company culture, organizational structure, and business processes to effectively navigate executive-level interactions and initiatives.Required QualificationsTen (10) years of senior executive-level administrative experience.Demonstrated ability to perform highly visible and scrutinized activities with exceptional precision, diplomacy, organization, discretion, and confidentiality.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, shifting demands, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced executive environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior executives, Board members, clients, and key stakeholders.Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and exercise discretion.Preferred QualificationsCollege degree.Previous management or supervisory experience.Experience supporting C-suite executives, board members, or executive leadership teams.Experience coordinating international travel and executive-level events.Key CompetenciesExecutive Presence & Professionalism – Demonstrates confidence, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment when interacting with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.Organization & Prioritization – Effectively manages complex schedules, competing priorities, and rapidly changing demands.Communication Excellence – Produces clear, accurate, and professional communications and presentations for executive audiences.Relationship Management – Builds trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and with external contacts.Confidentiality & Integrity – Handles highly sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.Value PropositionThis role serves as a strategic partner to the Chairman & CEO, enabling executive effectiveness through exceptional operational management, organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination.Working EnvironmentOffice Environment: New York (office based)CompensationThe Salary for this position generally ranges between $180,000 and $200,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship or otherwise serving as an employer of record for immigration employment purposes.
