Executive Assistant/Personal AssistantCategory-defining social technology startup, backed by top-tier VCs and founded by serial tech entrepreneurs, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support a Co-Founder who splits his time between two companies housed in the same building. In this hybrid EA/PA role, you'll manage two calendars and two investor networks, coordinate all travel including commercial flights and private aircraft, oversee drivers and vehicle upkeep, support light home vendor management, and take on office management duties like bill pay, vendor coordination, and keeping a small office running smoothly. Someone who is genuinely AI-fluent as a daily habit, not just for proofreading, and who is sharp, assertive, and comfortable holding their ground rather than sitting back passively. This is an in-office role, 5 days/week, moving between two offices in the same NYC building, with long, high-energy hours (generally around 9 hours a day). 120-150K DOE + benefits, possible equity, and a tight-knit, work-hard-play-hard culture.ResponsibilitiesManage two active calendars and investor networks across both companies, proactively resolving conflicts and keeping the Executive's time protected.Coordinate all travel, including commercial bookings and private aircraft logistics.Oversee drivers and vehicle upkeep, ensuring everything is ready to go at a moment's notice.Provide light personal support, including coordination with existing home vendors.Own office management: bill payments, vendor relationships, and keeping the office stocked and running.Move fluidly between two offices in the same building depending on where meetings are happening.QualificationsPrevious experience in executive or personal assistant support, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.Uses AI tools as a daily habit already, defaulting to them for problem-solving and completing tasks quickly, not just for proofreading.Strong judgment and initiative, able to solve problems and make calls independently rather than escalating everything upward.Sharp, assertive, and confident, comfortable pushing back and holding ground on important items rather than deferring passively.Excellent communicator, equally comfortable coordinating over text, calls, and in person.Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple, fast-shifting priorities across two companies and both business and personal support.Comfortable with long, high-energy hours and an in-office culture across two office locations.Based in or willing to relocate to NYC, available in-office 5 days/week.
