Executive Assistant To The CEOLittle Stars Therapy Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our Executive Office. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and takes pride in staying several steps ahead.Working closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, you will help protect executive time, manage competing priorities, and keep important initiatives moving forward.What You'll Do:Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and business communicationsCoordinate executive meetings, materials, briefings, and follow-upTrack deadlines, commitments, action items, and administrative prioritiesDraft professional executive correspondence and communicationsReview and maintain executive documents, records, expenses, and approvalsAnticipate scheduling conflicts, missing information, and administrative needsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWe're Looking For:Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detailStrong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skillsAbility to confidently manage competing priorities3–5 years of administrative or executive-support experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience consideredExperience supporting senior leadership strongly preferredWhat We Offer: Paid holidays • PTO accrual • Employee benefits • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule • Professional growth opportunitiesThis is a full-time, onsite position generally scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
