We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.This role will support one or more members of Neros' leadership team and their respective organizations. This is an opportunity to be the cultural and operational bridge in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment where you will have a direct impact on the overall efficiency and performance of the business.ResponsibilitiesAct as a key partner and gatekeeper, maximizing the efficiency of the teams and leaders you supportOrganize, coordinate, and track meetings and schedules across multiple complex calendarsProactively identify and solve operational challengesHandle high-stakes logistics and stakeholder management, ensuring a world-class experience for partners, investors, and both domestic and foreign government officialsProvide comprehensive administrative support to offload work from the leaders you supportOperate with flexibility outside of normal business hours when needed, including support of executives across PST and EST timezonesYou should have the following5 or more years of professional experience supporting C-level executives or equivalent experienceDeep sense of professionalism and integrity, especially regarding the handling of sensitive informationExceptional problem-solving abilities and extreme attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to operate as a trusted proxy for executivesExpert proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Outlook, Slack, and NotionAbility to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new informationA strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scaleUS Person with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance if necessaryNice to haveExperience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startupsExperience with the defense sector and/or military backgroundForeign language skills (particularly Japanese, French, and/or Ukrainian)US Salary Range$98,000 – $137,500 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
