They place a premium on professionalism, discretion, and organizational strength, all within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.Job Description: This role covers day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, board meeting attendance, and office event support. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information with sound judgment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-level administrative support directly to C-suite executivesManage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling and resolving conflictsCoordinate both domestic and international travel arrangementsAttend board meetings and take accurate meeting minutesProcess and track expense reportsServe as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive leadershipCoordinate logistics for office events and internal meetingsQualifications:7–10+ years of experience as an executive assistant directly supporting multiple members of C-SuiteExperience liaising with the Board of Directors preferredStrong command of Microsoft Office and Concur expense reportingExcellent communicator; proactive, organized, detail-focused, and self-directedSkilled at anticipating needs and managing urgent, shifting prioritiesBachelor's degree requiredPerks:Close collaboration with senior leadership and visibility into executive-level operationsFast-paced environment with strong potential for professional developmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
