Executive AssistantBill $28-30/HR on W2 Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 M-F Location: 1900 N Street NW, Washington Assignment Duration: 3 months Possible for extension? YesAbout the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a wide range of complex business operations and administrative and general support duties for executive management.What You Will Do:Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, take, and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties.Gather, evaluate, and present data for management information advanced reporting purposes. Assist with creating presentations.Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal management, employees, and clients.Examine incoming letters and emails and distribute them, as necessary.Handle confidential requests and identify the appropriate course of action to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Plan, coordinate, and support large meetings and conferences. Arrange domestic and international travel as needed.Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.What You'll Need:High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.Someone who is highly collaborative and works well with different teams and stakeholders.Personality is a key factor; the ideal candidate should be professional, approachable, and have strong interpersonal skills.Interview Process: 1-2 virtual and/or 1 in-person
