Executive AssistantA respected organization in the Wilkes-Barre area is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires a polished individual with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong sense of confidentiality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to executives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership.Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure follow-through.Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and special projects.Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion.Organize and manage electronic and physical filing systems.Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and business partners.
