Job description
FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies who will own growth across its CGT/CDMO network. You’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from target to close and sit on the West Coast, shaping winning proposals with Legal, Marketing, and Market Intelligence to accelerate patient-ready programs.
The role requires deep CGT/CDMO knowledge, high-level negotiation skills, and the ability to build senior relationships with biopharma partners.
