Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications
Enthusiastic commitment to upholding standards, quality, and exceptional hospitality
Proven history of hiring, developing, and motivating a team of 15-plus members
Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and procurement
Previous involvement in a high-end restaurant with a $5 million annual revenue
Must have seafood experience - shellfish, crustaceans, mollusks, and fish
