LEGENDS GLOBAL, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage/Executive Chef for Ithaca Downtown Conference Center. You will oversee daily F&B operations, culinary teams, budgeting, and menu development for large events.
Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance, cost controls, vendor coordination, and promoting the facility through client interactions and promotions.
