Job description
Legends Global is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage/Executive Chef for the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center. You will oversee daily F&B operations, concessions, catering, menu development and budgeting, ensuring top-quality food and service for large events.
Requires at least 8 years in culinary roles, 5 years in management, ServSafe and PCI compliance credentials, and strong leadership and vendor negotiation skills. Competitive salary offered based on experience and performance.
