Job description
UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services (HHS) seeks an Executive Chef 4 to lead the production culinary team in a high-volume campus dining environment. You will oversee global, vegan, vegetarian, organic, and healthy cuisines while ensuring nutrition, quality, cost control, and sanitation.
Experience leading a culinary production team, menu development, staff supervision, and collaboration with a staff Dietician is essential. This on-site role offers growth and a dynamic campus community.
