Job description
The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Raleigh, NC seeks an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, develop menus, coach staff, and partner with the GM to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving P&L goals.
You will manage operations, maintain food quality and safety, work with local suppliers, and drive labor cost controls in a fast-paced multi-concept environment. Competitive compensation and quarterly bonuses are offered.
