Melvin’s BBQ in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations, uphold quality, consistency, and the traditions that make us a Charleston favorite. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food quality, preparation, inventory, ordering, cost control, and staff development, while collaborating with ownership to maintain Melvin’s BBQ standards.
