Job description
Coury Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef for The Ricardo Marriott DFW Westlake in Westlake, TX to lead all culinary operations across outlets, ensure exceptional food quality, and drive seasonal menu development in a high-volume, upscale hotel setting.
You will manage kitchen staffing, control food costs, uphold sanitation standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver innovative culinary experiences aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
