Job description
Arianna, a modern Mediterranean restaurant opening in Uptown Dallas, seeks an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen from day one. You will craft a Mediterranean-centric menu spanning Levant, North Africa, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Spain, with Persian influence, building a team and a reputation from the ground up.
Responsibilities include pre-opening setup, sourcing, costing, hiring, and establishing plating, recipe and food-cost standards, in partnership with the GM.
