Job description
Aramark is seeking an Executive Chef at Zephyr Cove Resort on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. This leadership role manages chef managers and hourly staff to deliver menus that meet client tastes while upholding Aramark standards of quality and safety.
You will develop culinary solutions, train teams, and drive performance; maintain guest relations, control food costs, and ensure compliance with the Food Framework and Waste reduction programs.
