$150,000–$170,000 + $5,000–$10,000 Bonus + Benefits

I am hiring on behalf of a gold client for an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a prestigious private golf club in Northern Virginia. The Executive Chef will oversee a culinary team of 30+, with responsibility for multiple outlets including banquets, a main grill, pool grill, halfway houses and snack bars.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and will have overall responsibility for culinary operations, menu development, staffing, purchasing, budgets and team development. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who enjoys a true leadership role and wants to build and develop a strong culinary team.
Ideal Background:
Executive Chef or strong Executive Sous Chef/Assistant Executive Chef experience
Private club, golf club or luxury hotel background preferred
Experience managing a large culinary team and department budget
Strong banquet and high-volume experience
Proven ability to lead, train and develop a team
Comfortable overseeing multiple outlets and varied culinary operations
Relocation considered for the right candidate
