Job description
Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for a high-profile workplace account. You’ll oversee daily food service, executive and office catering, rooftop events, off-premise catering, and a cafe/market, collaborating with the onsite restaurant team.
You’ll develop seasonal menus, manage production, purchasing, inventory, and labor, while mentoring a strong culinary staff and upholding food safety and hospitality standards.
