Job description
Maricopa County's Correctional Health Services seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to provide executive leadership for nursing across its 24/7 jail healthcare system.
The CNO will lead a team of nursing leaders, collaborate with county leadership and external regulators, and balance clinical excellence with operational, workforce, and fiscal responsibilities while ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care within a correctional setting.
