Job description
The University of Virginia Foundation seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to the CEO to amplify executive impact across the organization. The CoS partners with the CEO on priorities, board governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring disciplined execution, risk awareness, and cross-functional alignment.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA/MPA preferred) and 10+ years in executive leadership, governance, or strategic advisory roles in nonprofits or higher education.
