Job description
Jobot, Cincinnati, is seeking an on-site Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing practice, quality, staffing, and patient outcomes within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will align clinical disciplines, develop care programs, and represent nursing on key governance bodies.
Requirements include BSN and Master’s degrees, Ohio RN license eligibility, and 5 years in inpatient hospital settings with 2 years in nursing management. A path toward CRRN is encouraged.
