Job description
A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation lawyer to join as an Associate in their New York or Boston offices. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably in Biglaw, with strong writing and research skills. Responsibilities include advising on Executive Compensation best practices and managing client relationships. The annual salary range is $310,000 – $365,000, plus bonus, depending on experience.
