Clifford Chance's New York office seeks an Incentives associate in the Tax, Pensions, Employment & Incentives Group to advise on remuneration, equity-based compensation and executive compensation design for global clients.
The ideal candidate will hold a JD from a US law school, be admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in, and bring strong M&A experience, advised on employment agreements, and a track record at a peer law firm.
