Job description
MillerKnoll is seeking a Program Director, Executive & Variable Rewards to lead executive compensation design, governance, and program administration. You will partner with executive leadership, HR, Finance, and the Compensation Committee to align pay with business goals and regulatory requirements.
The role oversees base salary programs, annual/long-term incentives, equity design, and executive retention efforts, ensuring governance and risk controls across the function.
