Job description

Executive ConciergeThe Opportunity: As an Executive Concierge, you will provide executive level administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and helping keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward. As an Administrative professional you will deliver efficient and effective support, build positive working relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks after fully understanding what is needed. In this role at PwC, you will support senior leaders, manage scheduling details, prepare meeting materials, and respond to requests with care and discretion within our Internal Firm Services practice.Responsibilities:Coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules to support smooth office operationsManaging confidential information, correspondence, and records with discretion and accuracyArranging domestic and international travel, itineraries, expense submissions, and meeting logisticsPreparing agendas, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up notes for senior leaders and internal teamsTracking deadlines, action items, and priority requests to keep commitments organized and moving forwardSupporting office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, supply ordering, and invoice processingResponding to requests from executives and internal clients with timely, organized assistanceUsing office productivity applications and digital tools to coordinate communication and maintain documentationWhat You Must Have:At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degreeAt least 1 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart:Administrative support experience in client-facing concierge settingsCoordinating calendars, travel, and meeting logistics with careManaging confidential information and sensitive requests with discretionOrganizing office supplies, records, and electronic filing systemsAdapting quickly to changing priorities and shifting schedulesCommunicating clearly while building positive working relationshipsTravel Requirements: Not SpecifiedJob Posting End Date: September 30, 2026The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
