Job description
Mount Sinai Health System seeks an AVP to lead contract compliance and performance initiatives, establishing organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and decision rights to drive accountability.
This role will develop annual operating plans, strategic priorities, and measurable objectives; provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities; and guide reimbursement analytics, financial intelligence, and revenue-cycle transformation.
