Job description
AssetMark is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Counsel in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid, full-time role partners with senior leaders to provide practical legal advice across commercial contracts, data licensing, employment matters, and strategic initiatives.
You will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, guide compliance with federal and state laws, and help develop legal processes and templates while supervising paralegals and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
